I have lived at ALTANA for over a year now and re-signed a new lease recently to stay for another. Prior to my move-in, I checked out all the new buildings in Glendale, and no other place was even close to as good as this place. This apartment complex has a dedicated cleaning staff to keep it spotless. The new management -- including Ngozi, Brenda and Stephanie -- are friendly and get things done on time. Jorge and Junior (and the rest of the maintenance crew) are very professional and knowledgeable. Truly a resort-like gem in the heart of a city.
